Matt Johnson and Anna Williamson have announced the launch of Mind 3000s, a 'gruelling' challenge in which two teams of celebrities and supporters will go head to head in an attempt to trek 50km across 3000ft mountains in England and Wales in 24 hours.

The TV presenters are aiming to raise over £50k to support mental health charity Mind. Johnson, who went through a period of severe depression, commented 'I didn't know about Mind at the time, but I wish I had done. I'm determined that in taking on this trek we'll raise awareness and vital funds so no one has to face a mental health problem alone'.
